Owner of Tyco Shade, Tyler Landvatter, has been in the shade industry since 2010, providing beautiful, efficient shade structures for community playgrounds and a variety of other communities and companies. As a member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers, Tyco shade works with many different Homeowners Association management companies.
1% of our business is residential, while the rest is utilized for commercial and industrial applications with our biggest client being Penske Automotive group.
